Return Policy

Holocene offers returns within 7 days from the day you receive your order with the exception of the following:
- Items that are "made-to-order" will not qualify for a refund as the garment was made for you.
- Lingerie panties can't be returned due to sanitary reasons. These will be considered a final sale.

- Holocene is not responsible for any duties or taxes collected.

*Return Policy:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the seller.
- Shipping labels and taxes/duties that may have been collected are non-refundable.
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. If a return is requested or an item is returned outside the 7-day period, it will be considered a final sale.
- All items must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
- We will continue to monitor your orders and how many returns you request. Based on the number of those returns we may at our discretion deny refund requests.
